Many of our customers have let us know that they have a growing requirement for periodic facilities management on an as-needed basis. In response, we established Ross Mobile Facilities Solutions (RMFS).

The main goal of RMFS is to provide a solution for the constant small tasks that need to be performed to keep your customers and staff safe and happy while helping you reduce your liability, costs, and stress levels. Our focus is to provide quick response, convenient service, and limit your legal liabilities and costs.

Quick & Responsive Service 24 Hours a Day

RMFS is based upon the same service model of Ross Mechanical Group. We offer 24 hour emergency service 7 days a week emergency service which, in most cases, is delivered within four hours of your call. Our dispatchers will keep you informed on the status of our technicians if there is a delay so that you will feel in control of the situation.

Pre-planned Service

In conjunction with our 24/7 response, we offer a multitude of pre-planned agreements designed to meet every budget and need. We can have one of our Building Maintenance Technicians come to your buildings on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedule, and they may follow a pre-determined list of services, or perform a walkthrough of the property, create an action item list, and perform the repairs

Our pre-planned walkthroughs may include an inspection for burned out lights, emergency backup lighting and exit signs, inspection of door mechanisms, and a basic safety inspection.

Limit Your Liabilities

RMFS is there to help you limit your legal and corporate liabilities. By contracting with RMFS, you not only ensure that the job is done right, you also free your staff to concentrate on what they were hired to do, to generate income and revenue for you and your business.
